Tata Steel - Tata steel is other wise recognized as Tata Iron and Steel Company (TISCO). This was the India’s first private iron and steel company founded by J.N Tata. Currently located in Jamshepur and having a headquarters in Mumbai India. Company remains 5th largest iron and steel company in the world.

Tata Motors – Tata Motors is recognized as India’s biggest automobile company with above 4 million vehicles used by Indian customer. It remains chief in commercial vehicles and second largest in passenger vehicles. According to 2006-06 data, company has revenues of US$ 5.5 billion. Tata motors vehicles are been marketed in most of the countries such as Europe, Africa, Middle East, India, South Asia and Australia. Tata Motors has research and development centers in India, the UK, and in its auxiliary and associate companies in South Korea and Spain.

Tata Autocomp System – Tata Autocomp is the latest addition in to Tata Group Industries. It is known as TACO, one of the fastest developing Indian auto-components companies. It has several joint ventures with world famous auto-component companies. It was primarily established to support Tata Motors.

Tata Chemicals – Tata Chemicals is India’s chief producer of inorganic chemicals. It as well produces fertilizers and other food additives substances. The company was incorporated 1939, and has an annual revenue of about Rs 4,000 crore. It is located in Mithapur Gujarat, India. It remains pioneer in iodiased salt with purity of 99.8 %. Further it is the largest manufacturers of synthetic soda ash globally.

Tata Airlines – Tata Airlines is now recognized as Air India established in the year 1932 by J.R.D Tata. By 1947 Air India was planned to move internationally. International Air India was registered on March 8, 1948, inaugurated with the weekly flight from Mumbai to London. Air India’s global network today covers about 44 destinations by in service services with its own aircraft and through code-shared flights.

Tata Consultancy Services – Tata consultancy services limited was established in the year 1968 and today it remains one of the world’s largest providers of IT, consulting, and business-outsourcing services. It has a labor force of more than 95,000 professionals spread across the world. This is the only Indian Information technology company that was listed in its Asia top 50 list. Its clients comprise seven of the top ten corporations in the Fortune 500 list of the chief corporations in the United States. TCS also has the uppermost market evaluation of all the 50 companies.
