The Company in March 2007 acquired Talents Technology, a placement and executive search firm. Talents Technology consists of two companies Talents Polska and Talents CZ which operates in Poland & Czech Republic respectively.

The Company also acquired CGR/seven LLC, a New York based company in March 2007 that provides creative staffing services. In 2007 May Kelly services acquired P-Sery. It provides permanent staffing, temporary staffing, executive search and outsourcing and operates in Hong Kong, China and Singapore.

Kelly Services operates through following three business segments.

U.S. Commercial Staffing – This segment consists of Office Services, Educational Staffing, KellyConnect, Marketing Services, Kelly light Industrial Services, Electronic Assembly Services, KellySelect, KellyDirect services.

Kelly Office Services provide trained employees in data entry and word processing and work as support staff in administration. KellyConnect provide staff for technical support hotlines, contact centers, and telemarketing industries. Kelly Educational Staffing provides qualified teachers. Kelly Marketing Services provides staff for sales, seminars and trade shows. Kelly EAS (Electronic Assembly Services) provides technicians for pharmaceutical, technology and aerospace industries. Kelly LIS (Light Industrial Services) provides maintenance workers, assemblers, and material handlers. KellySelect provides both, temporary staff and customer.

KellyDirect provides permanent placement services to various business units.
